Vehicle access permits in Queensland recreation areas

Consultation has concluded

People who drive in recreation areas may be required to purchase vehicle access permits (permits).

The fees from these permits are used to manage the recreation areas, including maintenance and repairs to visitor facilities and four-wheel driving tracks.

Permits are available separately for each location and for different timeframes.

The survey closes Friday 13 March 2020.

To complete the survey, please register or sign in using an existing Engagement HQ account. One submission per account is permitted to ensure accuracy of results.

We would like to hear about your four-wheel drive vehicle use inĀ  recreation areas, including how often and where you use your vehicle access permits.

Your feedback will be used to identify potential options for multi-access permits covering more than one area.
